About The Role:
We are currently seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Behavior Technicians are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through direct intervention. They will assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients’ progress, and communicate with clients.
Job Details:
- Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and community.
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data using our online platform.
- Complete accurate treatment notes at the end of your sessions.
- Follow BCBA guidelines and codes of conduct.
- Attend team meetings and promote team-oriented atmosphere.
- Motivate and encourage clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current or desired experience providing ABA therapy services / working with individuals with special needs.
- High school diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable source of transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willing to drive to clients.
- TB clearance.
Sessions are primarily 2 to 4 hours and take place in the client’s homes, school or community. Services are offered between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. We are currently hiring for Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Compensation:
- Industry-leading pay from $20 to $27 an hour.

- $1,200 total signing bonus (paid in milestones of $300 total at 3 months, $600 total at 6 months, $1,200 total at 12 months).
